We finally took Jack to get his first haircut! He was in desperate need of one as he had started to grow a mullet...as you can see by the first picture. He was so good! We weren't sure how he would react, but there was not a single tear or fuss! He looks like such a little man! :(

The Week In Review
As you can probably tell, I am having a hard time uploading pics. Still trying to work out the kinks....It has been a tough week in the house. Jack has had a hard time adjusting back to his crib since getting home from Dallas. He does this everytime we go, but I think there are some monsters making this time a little worse...like teething & trying to drop his morning nap. Hopefully, he will work it out in the coming week! It has also been a transition week for Joey. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get ride of the bink. We've known for sometime that it had to be done..I think we were just a little scared of how bad the process would be. So, thanks to some advice from the Wilson's (thank you!), the Binkie Fairy came on Thursday night and took them to boys and girls who didn't have any. In exchange, she left Joey a present. She came again on Friday night! He has done awesome! We've had our moments...taking longer to go to sleep and waking up crying, but overall it has gone smoother than expected. To cap off the week, Joe planned a date night for us on Saturday. But, he kept the plans a secret until we left the house. As we made the turn on 95 South for DC, I began to question where we were going. Joe handed me his Ipod and said I better listen to it on the ride. It was set on John Mayer's new album! He had planned dinner in DC and had tickets to the John Mayer concert! It was such a great surprise and a wonderful night out with my husband...THANK YOU, BABY!

Snow Fun
Well, while were were in Dallas, we missed a true blizzard in Baltimore! Joe had sent us pictures of the house buried in snow, but I don't think I fully grasped how much was on the ground until we got home. So, on Sunday, we took the boys outside to play. Joey was so excited and wanted to immediately build a snowman. He was all about helping shovel the snow! Jack was so bundled up that he couldn't move by himself. He could barely walk and could not get back up if he bent over. It was too cute! He wasn't too sure at first, but as you can see, it wasn't too long before he found a refreshing snack. ;)
Dallas
While Joe was preparing for the first round of draft meetings, the boys and I headed to Dallas. The boys had not seen my parents since October and I figured the weather had to be better than Baltimore. Well, let's just say the weather didn't cooperate...in fact, we witnessed a record snow fall for Dallas! As you'll see in some of the pictures, Joey was able to help Grandpa clean up around the pool with the car brush :) We were able to see a lot of Eric and Ashley...oh, and don't forget the dogs, Mia & Abby. I think the boys were more concerend over whether the dogs were coming over with Eric & Ashley then Eric & Ashley coming to play. We visited the new playground at Willow Bend a couple of times...I know it is the mall, but there atleast there is a clean, fun, free, indoor place for me to take them...unlike at home! And we did get to see Kelly & "Bro" for dinner before we left. It was a good visit. I think my mom and dad will hear their "names" being yelled for atleast a month..."GAAANNNY", "GRAANNDPA"!!

Disney
We made our first trip to Disney last week! The boys and I met Joe in Orlando when he finished with the East/West practice. Our flight was packed on the way down, but was made easier by flying with the Douglas clan. We hit the ground running on Thursday with a character breakfast at the Magic Kingdom. Joey was not a morning person that day and was a little reluctant to ride some of the rides at first, as you can tell by some of the pictures. But, by mid-day he perked up. Jack just went with the flow as usual. We decided to try to make it through the day without leaving for naps and the kids were real troopers. There was only one meltdown, by Joey, and that wasn't until 5:30 when I decided it would be cute to have his name put on his Lightning McQueen ears. As Joe said, he hit his "rookie wall"! The next day, we were up early again for a character breakfast at the Animal Kingdom. I think they both enjoyed this one more than at the MK. The AK is a great place for this age b/c it is like a zoo and theme park all wrapped in one. Joey and Jack both loved seeing the animals on the safari, seeing more characters on the greeting trails, watching the Lion King and Finding Nemo musicals. It was great to see Jack's reaction to it all! Once again, we did it all without naps...except this time, they both crashed in the stroller (see pics)! Saturday was a travel day, so we just took it easy in the morning and then met the Douglas' for lunch. We had heard alot about the T-Rex restaurant at Downtown Disney from friends who were there the week before us. It is such a neat place! Joey wasn't too sure about the light and sound show that happens every 10 minutes, but loved getting to "build a dino" and digging for fossils. While the trip was short, it was so nice to have some family time after a LONG football season! Now it is time for daddy to go back to work..on to the Senior Bowl.
